General Information

PRESTO-POLYMER MACHINE is a compact machine, designed for table top use. A minimum amount of table space is required in your shop/fascility. It operates on standard household power and consumes less power compared to your T.V.

PRESTO-POLYMER MACHINE has been built very carefully, keeping in mind quality of production, turn around time and ease of use. It's 6 high output lamps give exceptional processing power, allowing for fast turnaround and the same razor sharp quality batch after batch. The complete process of making Photopolymer (Computer) Stamps

Type set the Stamps on your PC and Print on a Tracing Paper from a Laser Printer (600 Dpi).

Make the Negative Film from Day Light Negative in your MACHINE. No Dark-Room required.

Make the photopolymer sheet from Liquid Photopolymer using your machine.

Wash the plate in plain water to get rid of unwanted background. Cut the individual stamps, paste to order, pack and deliver.

All the above in 30 minutes flat !!

The finished products

The photopolymer plate so made can contain various types of stamps, or in other words various types of stamps can be made from PRESTO-ECONO.

Hand Stamp

Shown alongside is a "Hand Mount". When the cutout die is pasted on it, it becomes a Hand Stamp. This is the most direct answer to the Rubber Stamp. It needs a Stamp Pad but the impressions are far superior compared to it.

At a marginally extra cost, the cusumer would surely go for these stamps.

Self Inking Stamp

The Self inking mounts enable the die to get the ink automatically after each impression, hence no seperate ink pad is required. A large range and variety of self inking mounts are available in the market.

Dater Stamp

These stamps are very similar to Self Inking Stamps except the fact they have "changeable date bands" other instructions for date stamping.
